Heirloom Monopoly Game Table
A customer made a cross stitched Monopoly game board when she was expecting her first child. That was over 30 years ago!
Though she had the item framed, it was still vulnerable to the elements. But more importantly it could not be PLAYED without destroying it.
She asked me to build a table to house it under glass so that it could be used and enjoyed by her children and their children for generations to come.
She told me she liked 'craftsman' style furniture and that her favorite wood was cherry. She also mentioned she would like a drawer if that was possible.
She was overjoyed with the result....but now has to decide which of her 4 children will inherit the table as they are already starting to fight over it!
